OTTAWA, August 20, 2026 – The Taxpayers’ Ombudsperson, Mr. François Boileau, is seeking your input related to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) delays in processing complex T1 adjustment requests and the options available to resolve complaints at the CRA.
